Pricing, published
Prep and fulfilment sites in this space almost universally hide their rate card behind an account signup. This one prints it: every per-unit rate, every volume band, every add-on, laid out as a real rate card a seller can read before ever filling in a form. It is the single biggest differentiator on the page, and it costs nothing to maintain once it is live.
A warehouse, not a template
The design runs on an industrial black-and-yellow identity built for this business specifically, not a recoloured template: a warehouse-floor background texture, freight-label typographic details, and a facility photo gallery placed directly beside the shipping and receiving instructions. Verified customer reviews sit in their own section rather than a generic testimonial carousel, and the contact form asks for exactly what a seller needs to quote, nothing more.
Full account ownership
Everything the business runs on lives in the client's own accounts, not mine: the Vercel project, the Cloudflare DNS zone, and a domain-verified Resend sender so contact-form enquiries land in the owner's inbox from her own address rather than a shared or generic one. Gmail is configured to reply from that same domain through an SMTP relay, so a customer emailing the business gets a reply from the business, not a personal address. If the relationship ends tomorrow, nothing breaks and nothing needs to be transferred.

I build sites and the automation behind them, then hand over every account so the client owns what they paid for.
